Stream Sender: bulk SMS campaigns with individual data for every customer
If you need to send thousands of SMS messages — each containing its own amount, date, or reference number — Stream Sender now does it automatically. No manual editing, no separate sends for each customer.
What are custom fields
Every contact group in Stream Sender stores a name and phone number by default. Now you can add any number of custom fields — with a type and label you define yourself.
Available field types:
- Text — name, service title, address
- Number — amount, contract number, bonus balance
- Date — appointment date, deadline, delivery date
- Link — individual payment link or personal account URL
- Boolean — any yes/no parameter
- Date and time
How it works in practice
Group setup. In the Groups section, open the settings and add the fields you need — for example, “amount”, “date”, “payment link”. Each field is assigned a unique ID.
Creating a message campaign. When composing your message, the system displays available tags for all group fields. Insert the tag you need with a single click — for example, #Link79# for a link or #Name# for the customer’s name.
Sending. Every contact in the group receives an SMS broadcast with their personal data substituted in.
Important to note. Once real data is substituted, the message length changes — which means the number of SMS parts may change as well.
Practical example
Template text: “#Name#, your outstanding balance is #amount1# UAH. Pay here: #Link79#”
Customer Ivan receives: “Ivan, your outstanding balance is 1,240 UAH. Pay here: https://pay.example.com/ivan“
Customer Maria receives: “Maria, your outstanding balance is 870 UAH. Pay here: https://pay.example.com/maria“
