It is a phone number with another country’s code connected to telephony over the internet. The code identifies the number’s country, while your team can receive calls remotely. This is a service for connecting an international number, not simply displaying a phone number in international format.

Your team can handle calls from another country. However, number registration and documentation requirements depend on the selected destination. We will confirm them before the service is activated.

Tell us the country, city if needed, number of phone numbers, and your call scenario. A manager will check availability and prepare a quote covering setup, monthly fees, PBX, and call charges.

The cost is determined by the customer’s telecom operator based on the number type and their tariff plan. A call to an international virtual number should not automatically be assumed to be local or free.

Outbound calling and caller ID display must be confirmed for the selected destination. Connecting an inbound number alone does not guarantee these features.

SMS support depends on the country and number type. Receiving verification codes from banks, messaging apps, and other services should not be assumed to be included. If you need this functionality, let us know before connection.

The number of simultaneous calls depends on the number terms, available channels, and PBX settings. We will select an option that matches your team’s call volume.

The activation time depends on the country, number availability, document verification, and technical configuration. A manager will confirm the timeline after checking the selected destination.
