SMS advertising will be sent to mobile operator subscribers who have consented to receive messages. Operators take numbers for campaigns from their own subscriber databases of users who agreed to receive advertising. These numbers are not stored by Stream Telecom.

You do not need to additionally obtain subscribers’ consent to send SMS on behalf of your company. Campaigns use numbers from mobile operator databases. The SMS service sends messages only to subscribers who have consented to receive advertising. Most often, such consent is given before using operator services.

At the moment, the SMS sending service works only for subscribers of Ukrainian mobile operators. According to operator requirements, your business must also be registered or have a representative office in Ukraine.
