Request for deletion via support

Please provide your registered email and, if necessary, additional information to confirm your identity.

All requests are processed within 7 business days. Upon completion of the procedure, the user will receive a written confirmation of the successful deletion of all data.

Automatic data deletion

If the user has been inactive for more than 12 months and has not logged in or interacted with the application during this time, we can delete their data automatically for the purposes of optimizing storage and protecting privacy. A notification will be sent to the user’s registered email 30 days before deletion.

3. Exceptions and legal requirements

In certain cases, we are required to retain some information to comply with the law, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes. In such situations, the data will be stored strictly within the framework of the law and only for the period specified in the regulations.

4. Guarantees and transparency
